ALL NEW STUDENTS TO RICE I.S.D. MUST HAVE
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO ENROLL
Proof of Residency
TWO proofs of residency are required consisting of mortgage papers, rent receipt, water bill, electric bill, or gas bill. No other utility bill will be accepted.
Driver’s License
Must reflect your current address
Birth Certificate
We must have a copy of the birth certificate on file
Social Security Card
We must have a copy of the social security card on file
Immunizations Records
All immunizations must be up-to-date
Report Cards and Test Results
Please bring if available
Parents must make an appointment with the building principal before enrolling if:

The student was removed to an alternative education program, or expelled.

The student was engaged in delinquent conduct, or conduct in need of supervision and is on probation or other conditional release for that conduct.

The student has been convicted of a criminal offense and is on probation or other conditional release.
