Yesterday was an exciting day at Rice ISD as we handed out Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) checks totaling $1,186,503 to 61 deserving teachers!
Rice ISD has proudly participated in the Teacher Incentive Allotment program for five years, providing our outstanding educators with the opportunity to be recognized and rewarded for the incredible work they do each and every day.

$3,385,873 in additional TIA revenue earned by Rice ISD teachers over the past five years!
These numbers represent more than dollars—they represent the hard work, dedication, and impact our teachers have on students every single day. We are incredibly proud to have educators who continually raise the bar for excellence at Rice ISD.
