Elementary Book Fair is October 27-30.
Saturday, the IMS ‘A’ team competed in the district’s end-of-season tournament in Maypearl. 'A' team members: Abigail Grider, Adelyn Kunkle, Emma Godinez, Jolene Fortson, Kenzie Phillips, Madi Ivie, Madison Knudsen, Rylee Roberts, and Tessa Humphrey.
They earned a spot in the championship match after beating both Maypearl and Keene in two sets. The Lady Bulldogs battled ‘til the last play, going three sets with Rio Vista, coming up short 10-15. They played with composure, confidence, consistency, energy, grit, teamwork, and unity!
Coach Tidwell stated, “ I would like to congratulate the A team on a wonderful season. Y’all have been such a fun group to coach, and I am so very proud. Y’all are going to do wonderful things in the years to come and I am excited to see. Go Lady Bulldogs. ”
Coach Bruce stated, “ I could not be more proud of you ladies…for today, for the countless hours of work, dedication, and discipline, and most importantly, for who you are as young ladies! And I would like all who had a hand in the season (too many to list) to know they are each a part of this team’s success as well.”
C O N G R A T S and well done! 👏
