All employees have access to the employee portal. Here you can find and print payroll
related information such as wage and earning statements, current deductions and W2s.
Below is the link and information needed to access the employee portal.

1. If you have not created an account, please select "create new account"
2. You will be required to enter your 6-digit Employee Number, DOB and Zip code.
3. You will then create a unique username and password.
If you get an error saying “Employee Does Not Exist”, you are unsure of your RISD
Employee Number or you need to reset your password, please contact the HR/Payroll
