Thank you to our incredible community for your generous financial donations and to the students who worked so hard to shop for this year’s Christmas Angel Project! Your combined efforts are making the holidays so much brighter for local students and their families.

✨ Start your night at Rice IMS from 5:00–6:30 PM for our Christmas Open House and Book Fair. Come explore our classrooms, celebrate our students, and find some great books for the season!

🎶 Then head over to Rice High School for the Christmas Band Concert in the gym from 7:00–8:00 PM. Enjoy wonderful performances from our talented band students!

It’s the perfect night to celebrate learning, music, and community. We hope to see you there!

On December 9th, members of the National Honor Society were able to participate in a community wide service event held at the Palace Theatre in Corsicana. The event was sponsored by Arc Hospice and featured a showing of the 1947 film Miracle on 34th Street. Residents of several care facilities were able to enjoy popcorn and hot chocolate as well as visits with Santa and Mrs. Clause!

Mrs. Caudillo’s 3rd graders created maps using the map features they have been learning about. Then they practiced reading each other’s maps during a gallery walk!

Cheer Tryout Information

Elementary Christmas parties will be 3:00-3:45 on Friday, 12/19. Teachers will be sending home notes for parents to sign up to send items. Please check your student's backpack for more information.
